(New Rochelle) – Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins has been endorsed by Mayor Noam Bramson and the Democratic members of the New Rochelle City Council for re-election to the 35th State Senate District. The district includes about half of the City of New Rochelle, as well as part of White Plains, part of Yonkers, all of Greenburgh and all of Scarsdale.
Senator Stewart-Cousins is running in the primary election on Thursday September 13. She is currently the Democratic Leader of the New York State Senate.

It has been a privilege to work at Andrea’s side, and, like so many of her colleagues and constituents, I am inspired by her example of dynamic leadership,” said New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson.
